Hi my names Chris Im 28 and am looking for one person to share my place with. The bedroom (unfurnished) is massive with original fireplace brand new built-ins polished floorboards freshly painted 12ft ceiling and an old school lock and key. The room comes with a single car garage and private use of the small bathroom inside the house as I use the outdoor bathroom.The house its self is double brick and built 100 years ago. I had a brand new kitchen installed at the end of April this year. Its pretty much fully furnished but there is some space for more if needed. There are two separate living areas but Ive only got one set up at the moment.The house is in a really good spot in Hamilton next to free bus fare zone walking distance to Beaumont st.Im an electrician happily single knights fan play guitar love a beer ride a motorbike house trained bloke. Im super considerate of others and like to make sure that my place is one that is easy to relax/have fun in.Essentially Id like someone who doesnt get pissed off to easily and is super reliable with rent and bills.Desirably Id like someone who enjoys a beer and a laugh every now and then.There is no bond however Im after 2 weeks rent in advance.
