I have a room available in Hamilton from 11 of Jan 2014 for $180 per week. It’s a two bedroom house; the rooms are large, and there is two living areas; ie seperate lounge and a dining area, also a good laundry, plenty of storage space etc, a back shed, and big back yard. I am the only other occupant, and have just signed the lease so am looking to team up with another likeminded person.

A little about me; I am a 30 year old Engineer who likes to hit the surf when given the chance, go for a run, or play a bit of touch football. Basically I like to keep myself busy. I am pretty social and like to head out for a beer on the odd occasion but do not want a party house. I am also studying a few business papers at the Uni so need a little peace and quiet. I’m respectful of other people and their property and am pretty relaxed.

Potential flatmate must be a non-smoker as defined by the lease, no pets either, bond is four weeks (which you will need to pay half of). Someone who is aged 24-34, is social, reliable, and respectful of others and the property and can pay bills on time. The agent requires all tenants to sign onto the lease and to undergo the usual tenant review and approval process. Bills will be split 50:50, and we have to take care of the lawns and gardens. The lease is 12 months so you need to be settled, no short term stays. Prefer singles, ie no couples please.
