Looking to rent out double room in a recently refurbished villa $260 per week close to the university and shops. Im just after easy going room mates who are tidy and nice to be around.I work as a disability support worker and am studying to be a tour guide im always keeping busyi like going to the gym and play a bit of guitar.I am easy to get along with like the occasional drink and catching up with mates.will require 4 weeks bond and 2 weeks rent in advancegive us an email if interested
