Ive got a spare room in my three bedroom flat as my flatmate is moving out at the end of August and I dont want to loose the place. lts a secure quiet building walking distance to the shops in Market Town or the cafes in Darby Street. Im a masters student at the uni so I spend a fair bit of time at home during the week but am normally away on the weekends. Im looking for someone whos easy going friendly and neat.
