Hi all, sadly my house mate is off on an overseas adventure, so I’m currently looking for someone to move into her room.

The house is a lovely terrace just behind Darby street. It’s a stone’s throw from all the delights that Darby street has to offer and only a 10 minute walk to bar beach! Hunter Street and the CBD are also just round the corner.

The available room is tidy, spacious and has built-in wardrobes. The rest of the house is fully furnished with a small courtyard out the back and street parking is available.

I guess a house mate would ideally be clean and tidy, easy going and reliable. Oh, I have an awesome dog who is very friendly

I am a laid back young professional and work relatively long days during the week, however like making the most of the weekends!
