Minutes walk to bus stop and Newcastle University City Hub.The place is on a quiet street next to civic park. It has 3 levels bottom level has a verandah loungeroom seperate dining room large kitchen with gas cooking outside area and seperate toilet. Second level has 2 bedrooms and a large bathroom. Third level is a rumpus room/loungeroom with a storage room aswell. The place is really roomy and plenty of space to relax in privacy.
