I have a med-sized room w built-ins in a 2br+study cooks hill cottage.It is close to darby st cafes some good fun local pubs coles and cbd+ 3 beaches 12 min (slow) walk away. A garden courtyard is where it all happens in summer.The bedroom has built-ins and enough room for a desk with a nice enough outlook from the windows and wooden shutters for privacy. There is one bathroom with a pretty deep bathtub.House is fully furnished but room isnt. I keep the place generally pretty tidy but not so much that it doesnt feel like a home. There is a cat who lives here too. Shes old and fat and boring and mostly outside.Its a pretty relaxed little household and Im just looking for nice normal person/s to come in and enjoy living here like I have the past eight years.If this sounds like you want to hear more or see pics let me know.
