This is a fairly relaxed household and we would like a laidback roommate who is also fairly clean. The rent is $142/week for a room in a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhouse. You would be sharing the upstairs bathroom. There is a double garage that we both use, however there is visitor parking and plenty of street parking. We are one street back from Darby st, 5 mins walk to restaurants, clubs, beach. Large storage space downstairs and cupboards upstairs. There are free standing wardrobes in your room and it is a large room. The room is available now and we are looking for someone to move in asap. All bills are split 3 ways.
