I am currently living in a beautiful 2-bedroom house in Adamstown and am looking for a housemate to rent the spare room. It has a ceiling fan inbuilt wardrobe and security windows. The house has classic floorboards high ceilings plenty of light and air one bathroom with bath and a second toilet separate laundry sunroom separate lounge and dining room sunroom (which is currently set up as an office) and both front and back yards.The rent is $170 per week and utilities such as wireless internet are shared ($40 each per month). The rent also includes exlusive use of the private lock-up garage.I am currently working and studying my Masters. I also run a small cupcake business so theres often a bit of delicious baking going on in the kitchen so I hope to find someone who is willing to help get rid of any leftovers!!!I am looking for a down-to-earth sensible clean funny and respectful female housemate who is able to move in ASAP.Im a little bit nervous about all of this but hope to find somebody who will make the house complete!
