I have one large room available in my house in Adamstown. It is a large bedroom with a ceiling fan polished floorboards and security window. It can come furnished or unfurnished.The house itself is located in a quiet street with on-street parking just a short stroll from Adamstown shops and a short drive to Westfield Kotara The Junction Newcastle beaches and Beaumont and Darby Streets.The house itself consists of the two large bedrooms one front sunroom (currently used as a study) a large bathroom with bath and shower a second toilet laundry large kitchen open plan lounge and dining with polished floorboards and ceiling fans throughout and a medium-sized fenced yard. There is also a garage (which is currently used for storage).I am currently working full-time and am looking for a housemate who also works or studies enjoys music and film and is happy with the smell of cupcakes through the house as I love to bake. My current housemate is likely to be moving away from Newcastle in early April so the room will be available from then onwards.
