“The Catch” is situated walking distance to the river and only a short drive or push bike ride to the beach, North Haven Bowling Club and shops.

There are 4 good sized bedrooms all with the comfort of ceiling fans (3 x queen beds and 2 x singles). Bedroom 1 (upstairs) has one queen bed, Bedroom 2 (upstairs) has one queen bed, Bedroom 3 (upstairs) has two single beds and Bedroom 4 (downstairs) has one queen bed. There is a main bathroom upstairs and an extra shower and toilet downstairs (in the laundry).

Backing onto riverfront reserve, the home features a large open plan lounge, dining and kitchen which opens onto a substantial covered rear deck with views over the reserve to the river. Only the reserve between you and the river and undercover parking for 3 vehicles (limited to 2 boats per stay). Sorry, no pets.

Tariff includes cleaning fee.

Please note credit card details will be retained as a security deposit of $800 to cover any costs incurred for repairs, extra cleaning or removal of excess rubbish from the property. Should you not have a credit card a cash deposit will have to be paid. A refund will be made by cheque.
