The estate features direct beach access, it’s own tennis court and a beachfront bbq area with whale-watching platform. Sandalwood includes a large open plan lounge and dining area with high vaulted ceilings that adjoins a renovated kitchen that presents just like new. The lounge opens to a large 10ft wide, private undercover deck that overlooks the picturesque native bushland, a great space to relax or entertain. Accommodation includes 3 bedrooms, all with built-in wardrobes, the master bedroom having ensuite-style bathroom access. Master bedroom: 1 queen bed, Second bedroom: 1 double & single (bunk), Third bedroom: 2 singles (bunk). There is also a second bathroom (shower & toilet) located in the laundry. The home is insulated to keep you comfortable, however if the need arises there is also a split system reverse cycle air conditioner. No pets permitted. No linen supplied.

Please note credit card details will be retained as a security deposit of $800 to cover any costs incurred for repairs, extra cleaning or removal of excess rubbish from the property. Should you not have a credit card a cash deposit will have to be paid. A refund will be made by cheque.
