Must have fulltime employment and be reliable.

Large modern house with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and showers, air-conditioning, fans etc. Will have separate bathroom as I use the ensuite.

Quiet street, close to shops and less than 30mins to Newcastle or Singleton

Foxtel, ADSL internet, land line ( additional to rent ) will be spilt equally

2 weeks rent bond required
