Amazing house looking for housemate to share!

Just finished building my new home and I’m looking for 2 house mates to share with. must be tidy and respectful.

Rooms are unfurnished but the rest of the house has modern appliances A/C, fridge, washing machine, dining table, TV, lounges, internet and Foxtel.

5 Mins to Rutherford shops, 10 Mins from Greenhills stocklands and public transport is available close by. Plenty of off street parking.

I’m looking for a working professional who is reliable and works full time.

Consideration will be given to have only one flatmate at the rate of $220 per week and I will not seek another flatmate giving you your own bathroom and toilet.

All bills will be shared but other than that I’m easy going and look forward to your reply
