I am clean tidy and have all modern appliances etc any person would need. I have a great outdoor area and BBQ. Included is a car space in driveway plus half of the double garage for either your car or storage. Queen bed included if required. Prefer working female older than 30 yrs no party goers but am open for younger or older ppl or a guy if it suits. Price per week covers elect gas austar in loungeroom and water. Will require two weeks immediately then pay rent weekly or fortnightly after that
