Hey we have a room available in our rented 4 bedroom house in Aberglasslyn available until the end of 2011. The house is roughly 3 years old with all new appliances. Rent is $155 pw including all utilities (water gas elec internet). We have ADSL 2 broadband wireless internet in the house.A bond of 4 weeks is required which will be given back at the end of the term of stay.The room is unfurnished at present but we do have a queen size bed available if needed. The room has large built in cupboards and is at the back of the house so it is nice and quiet.We are looking for someone who is employed. Public transport available bus 10 min walk train 20 min walk approx…We are a very friendly couple m29 f28 :)We have 1 small dog so must like animals.If you require any further information please dont hesitate to contact!!! xx
