It is 10 minutes drive from the Ourimbah campus of Newcastle University and 5 minutes from Gosford CBT.The bedroom available to rent is located in a half house set up. Downstairs is 2 fully furbished rental bedrooms shared rumpus bathroom kitchen and laundry. Privacy with own separate access. Owners (2 adults) and one teenager live upstairs in the house along with pets.Currently we have one room rented to a male student and would like another student to rent the other room if possible.
