The townhouse is close to F3 and Gosford Railway Station in a quiet area, there is off street parking & the property also has a courtyard.
The bedroom is not furnished, it does have a good sized wardrobe.
The rest of the house is furnished, internal laundry, large bathroom, seperate upstairs & downstairs toilets.

I am looking for an outgoing, trustworthy house mate preferrably female for a minimum of 6 months. I have just moved to Gosford and would love to know someone!
