The room available has a built-in rob. It is in a 2 bedroom fully renovated townhouse. You will have a out door parking spot.I am an easy going person that will be studying this year so will appreciate a quiet person. I enjoy watching TV and movies having a drink on weekends but generally lead a quiet life.My townhouse is on the main street of Umina Beach. It is a 2 minute walk to the beach and shops. Buses pickup/drop off at the front of the complex. There are only 8 units in the complex and my townhouse is at the back. Very quiet.I offer a great room in a very nice house with great company.
