If you dont drive there is a bus stop up the road that goes to Wyong and Gosford with inbetween stops. I live across the road from the river and park areas and get to see some georgous sunsets from my porch and loungeroom. The beach is only a short walk up the road in the opposite direction also.Working or not also doesnt matter as long as you can cover your rent without hassels though workers considered highly. Must be a clean person that will do their share looking after the place. Generally Im a quiet mannered guy but enjoy a beer or wine n a bit of noise now n then. Im pretty much a go with the flow type of person and prefer someone with the same sort of mannerisms.
