I have on offer a one bedroom in a large four-bedroom house. The bedroom is a good size with carpet and built-in wardrobe plus a very large office/study area (shared with me sometimes) adjacent to the bedroom and has a gym machine, a private loo and a separate entrance to the back yard.

You will be sharing the main bathroom with my children. It is modern with a large spa bath, shower and separate loo.

You will also be sharing the kitchen, laundry, 2 x dining areas, family room and sitting room with my children (aged 7 and 9) and me. My children will be with their father every second weekend, from Friday to Monday.

You must be clean and tidy, responsible but fun and be able to share space with kids.

The house has a double lockup garage, is very private and in a quiet street located 1.5km from Lisarow train station. It is also close to Newcastle University Ourimbah campus (two stations), Gosford Hospital (two stations) and 2km from Lisarow shopping centre.

Any bills for gas, water, electricity, internet and phone will be split

I am a self-employed bookkeeper studying Commerce part-time at UON Ourimbah Campus. I also have a dog (he’s not a barker).
