I have a Double furnished room with Foxtel IQ to let in a nice tidy 4 bedroomed family home,with outdoor entertaining area and pool, to be shared with myself, my two sons aged 20 and 15 and our family house cat Merv! The house is situated in Kariong which is very close to the M1 for easy commuting, and we also have a bus stop on the doorstep. Kariong is a relatively quite friendly neighbourhood. We are all working full time so would need someone who can tidy up after themselves and references would be required!
