I am a clean and tidy, easy going, sociable and considerate person. I would prefer these qualities in a house mate.
The bedroom is quiet large you could easily fit a double bed in it and have ample room for activities. Has built in wardrobes and is carpeted. Does get the morning and mid day sun.
Down stairs is the kitchen with gas cook top and dishwasher as well as living/dining, storage and laundry. There is a spare toilet.
Rent includes utilities and foxtel (sports package).
