We are a busy working/studying couple aged 24 and 25 looking to rent out our spare room in our new penthouse apartment in Gosford. The room is a good size with built in cupboard balcony and private use of the main bathroom with spa bath. The apartment is fully furnished has a great kitchen two balconies and a rooftop terrace with water views. Rent includes utilities and high speed ADSL-2 internet connection. We are hoping to find an easy going and friendly person who is able to feel at home here will be clean and tidy and like to hang out.
