Looking for a responsible female to rent the unfurnished room from Oct when current flatmate moves out. The apartment is moderately furnished roomy with a large balcony facing North visitor and street parking available. Toilet seperate to large bathroom air con internal laundry large lounge and dining area.I would like someone that respects privacy tidy gainfully employed. If you are a nurse at Gosford Hospital my unit is within walking distance.
