Hi Everyone,

My names Trent and I have a spare bedroom to rent out. Currently it’s just me leaving here.

About the unit/room:
The unit is a large three bedroom located in Gosford (less than a 5 min walk to Gosford train station) , large lounge room and balcony. Two toilets and a shared bathroom. The bedroom is quite large with a built in wardrobe, comfortably fits a double bed and side tables. The unit is located on the first floor of an 11 (4 storeys) unit complex. Currently have 2 spare rooms so may fill the other room down the track.

About Me:
My names Trent, I’m 24 years old. Lived in this unit for almost 3 years and on the central coast all my life. I commute to Sydney daily, working as an Underwriter for an insurance company. I’m fairly laid back and out of the house more often then not, occasionally have friends around but not that often any more. Happy to answer any questions you may have.
