Just out of a long term relationship (she has moved out) so Im looking for someone to help me share the rent.Dont worry Im not a mopey sad sack who will bore you with relentless woe is me talk! Quite the opposite actually Im a really relaxed guy who is always looking for some fun. Im currently completing an honours project through the University of Newcastle and I work in the local dive shop – so Im in and out a fair bit.The house is 2 minutes from the beach. Close to trains. Im renovating it (Inside is pretty much complete no mess or anything outside needs a bit more painting and shell be a gem! Backyard isnt perfect yet but its getting there). Got some great neighbours too.There is one catch which will turn a fair few people off no doubt… Im a vegan and this is a meat-free household. So ideally I am looking for a vegetarian or vegan. Gender doesnt bother me. Pets are cool too! Theres on street parking and once I get the backyard sorted there will be rear lane access to park a car inside the gates.
