i have a 2 story house with 3 bedrooms , 2 lounge rooms , 2 bathrooms, veiws over the water from front deck and bedrooms, short walk to Budgewoi beach and accross the road from Lake , close to Budgewoi Village and transport 20 mins to gosford, i am easy going and all i ask is that a person be tidy and keep the space clean i have my own business and travel to sydney daily, i am easy going like a drink and am a good cook,Prefer a female house share :Please Note the pic’s are from my old house i need to take some of this new house be Patient , thanks
