I do not have an apartment yet but looking for a flatmate that I can team up with to find the perfect place. I work for government in Woden so would love to find a place in Woden Valley or south side. I also have a friend that is keen to rent a 3rd bedroom just for 3 nights a week so this could subsidise the rent for both of us if we find a 3 bedroom place. I am very clean tidy and looking for the same. I have a new couch bedroom furniture (you would need your own) small TV large fridge and all kitchenware. I will be buying a new washing machine as soon as I move in so all the necessities are taken care of. I will be looking for a place with 2 bathrooms and car parking.
