We currently have a house mate moving out and need to fill there room.
You will be living with 3 males and 1 female, a couple who have the master bedroom & go down to the coast most weekends, a male who only stays from mon to thursday.. we all work full time & have other commitments so are hardly home.
We have a hairdresser, public servant, roofer & a plumber in the house.

We are all friendly, the house is huge & furnished, you are welcome to all parts of the house.
The house has a huge backyard with a veggie patch & huge entertainment area, kitchen etc.

Bond is 4x your rent which is $460
and rent is to be paid two weeks in advance!!
So the day you move in you will have to pay $840
