Hi there!Im looking for two non-smoker 25+ female housemates to share a 5 bedroom 2 storey house in Monash (which is in Tuggeranong/southside). Distances are:* Canberra CBD town centre – 17 minute drive; * Tuggeranong town centre – 5 minute drive;* Erindale shops (Woolies restaurants club) – 3 minute drive/10 minute walk.One housemate will have the main bedroom – the room has its own ensuite and walk in wardrobe and easily fits a king sized bed. It is unfurnished. This room is $170 per week.The other housemate will get two bedrooms (both have built in robes) as well as their own toilet (the bathroom is shared). The main room easily fits a queen sized bed; the other could be used as a study/storage whatever. The rooms are unfurnished. The rooms are $130 per week (for both).The remainder of the house is fully fitted out:* kitchen has a dishwasher fridges;* dining has a table that seats 8;* lounge has a gas fireplace entertainment system lounge suite;* gymnasium has free weights and a spinning bike; and* both the balcony and the verandah have BBQs.Utilities are shared and a 4 week bond is required.
