Our urban family is looking for a new member to join their share house in Kambah.
Ideally, the successful housemate will be friendly but not clingy. They would be currently employed. They would also be clean and tidy, but flexible at appropriate times like dinner parties and when the cat says so. They would like pets, and understand that pets (especially cats) have a mind of their own.
The successful housemate will respect the privacy of other housemates, and participate in the care and maintenance of the whole house.

Costs
? $110 a week rent
? $20 a month for internet
? Split utilities
? $220 two week rent advance (to be paid prior to moving in); and
? $440 bond (to be paid to the Office of Regulatory Services prior to moving in).
