I have available for rent a large double that is private and separate from the rest of the house. You would have available to you approximately one quarter of the house. The house is three bedrooms (no ensuite) and is located in Gowrie 10 kms from Woden.The rooms are large with plenty of space for a lounge suite entertainment unit or whatever furniture a person may like to bring with them. While there is no wardrobe in the double room there is a big built-in robe in the spare room that could be used. I have a decent sized kitchen and am happy to share whatever I have with my housemate. I also have the usual whitegoods such as fridge washing machine and dryer that I am happy to share. The house is in a cul-de-sac and safe parking is available in front of the house. The Gowrie supermarket Chemist and doctor surgery is just around the corner and there is a bus stop only 100 metres walk from the house.I am looking for an easygoing housemate that pays the rent on time is happy to split utility costs and who I can have a chat with over dinner sometimes. I have a second job that I go to two nights a week so Im out and about a bit. I have two friendly Standard Poodles that are clean and dont shed their coats so you wont find dog hair in the house. The boys are outside during the day and come inside of a night time.The most important quality I am looking for in a housemate is their reliability to pay rent and expenses on time. I would be most happy to live with someone who is quiet as I am quiet myself. I like my privacy and in turn I am very respectful of other peoples privacy.The double room will be available for between $200.00 a week (plus two weeks bond) and expenses will be split. Shift workers or someone that is away on weekends is fine.
