21 Worlmald St is a greenfield site on the corner of Wormald and Taubman streets in Symonston. The DA approved building consists of 1,887 square metres of net letable area, which is split over two levels. Each floor is split into two interconnected halves.
The building will be built with predominantly A grade finishes and is targetting a 4.5 star ABGR rating. The exterior of the building will have a pre-finished aluminium panel facade, with aluminium framed glazing and a metal deck roofing. There will be on site shower facilities and bike racks available.
Building work will commence immediately after formal tenant precommitment has been received and it is expected that the build timeframe will be 12 months. Nikias Diamond Property Developments have been egaged as the preferred builder.
