One of our roomates is moving out of town on the 27th and we are looking to replace him. We are looking for a roomate to share our house. We are 2 full-time workers in our late 20′s, easy-going and tidy. We both have our own comitments and leisures but enjoy gathering for a glass of wine or in front of the TV for dinner…
You have to be independant, tidy,clean and relax. We are not looking for party animals as we both work long hours all week but you are definitely welcome to have friends around.
The place is right across the Red Hill shops, 10mn walks from Manuka, 15mn from Kingston. Has a nice backyard and terrasse for summer BBQ.
The room will be unfurnished, it is quite big with a build-in wardrobe (pictures will follow or e-mail for them). The rent is 170 per week + $10 for internet + $10 inssurance = $190 per week collected in month. The bond is a month rent $760. Electricity not included to be paid every 3 months.
There is also another room available immediately. Same size and this one could be furnished. Same price as the other one. View onto the backyard.
