In my spare time I like to read mediate network go for walks and have the occasional close friend over for a chai and I am also a vegetarian. I enjoy living in a peaceful relaxed and equal atmosphere. I treat my place like a home equally and regularly taking good care of it to keep it clean. I enjoy getting to know my housemates over a meal or a chai and hanging out with them over a movie as well as having my own independent space.YouIdeally Id like housemates who are seeking a more than just a room you want to participate in the share house get to know and communicate well with the other housemates as well as having your own independent space and being respectful of others space. You are a professional or post-graduate student in your mid 20s to mid 30s currently employed and a non-smoker. You like to treat the place you live in like a home and contribute equally and regularly to keep it clean. Youre the type of person who has the occasional friend over whilst being considerate of your housemates. You have previous positive share house experience so you know how to create a comfortable living environment and live with others respectfully. You are looking for a place to stay for the long term and will sign a 12 month lease. You are also willing to equally split electricity and internet bills (I am currently looking to at plans around $20- $30 per month each). And if you have any lounge room furniture such as TV and couch or a dining room table it would be great if you can bring them to.The apartment and bedroomsThe apartment is situated on the first floor next to Capital Golf Club. The complex includes a large outdoor pool BBQ area gym sauna and tennis court. It is within a few minutes drive to Narrabundah Manuka and Kingston shops 15 mins drive to Woden and Civic and 5 mins walking distance to bus stops (buses 4 5 and 6). The apartment includes a lounge room and kitchen and dining room area. Both bedrooms are unfurnished have built in wardrobes and can fit queen-sized beds with a small desk. The first bedroom overlooks the first balcony into the complex and you will be sharing a bathroom/laundry with me. The rent is $170 per week paid 2 weeks in advance with $680 bond paid up front. The second bedroom is the master bedroom overlooking the second balcony onto the golf course and includes your own ensuite with a spa bath.
