The apartment is a 3 minute walk to the bus stop that has a bus going into the city less then every 15 min weekdays and is a 25 min walk to Russell Offices or 10 min walk to Barton. There are a large number of cafes restraunts and bars 3 blocks away in Kingston as well as a grocery store. The rent and utilities will be evenly split which will come to about $320 a week.
