The 3 bedroom apartment is huge with quality furnishings including Miele appliances and designer furniture throughout with the exception of the available room so other than a bedroom suite there is absolutely nothing else you need to bring by way of furniture.

I am also happy to furnish the bedroom if required at additional cost if a fully furnished arrangement would better suit your needs.

The apartment boasts all modern conveniences such climate control along with amazing views of Black Mountain and surrounding mountains. With floor to ceiling windows throughout the open plan living room the living space extends directly out into the large balcony! The spacious kitchen includes beautiful marble bench tops and extensive cupboard space comprising custom joinery and is equipped with all the necessary items.

The available room is extremely large and will fit a queen bed side tables with ease with sliding glass doors opening on to your own private balcony with similar views over Black Mountain. In addition to the room you will have almost exclusive access (aside from the occasional visitor) to the master bathroom including marble bench tops and designer fittings.

The building provides secure entry, 24/7 CCTV and you will be allocated a private secure car space if required.

Rent is $350 per week which includes use of Foxtel IQ, WiFi and a cleaner who attends monthly. Bond is 4 weeks rent in advance and electricity will be shared.

The room on offer is very spacious, with a huge built in wardrobe and it’s own balcony accessable via large sliding doors and can be provided either furnished or unfurnished as required. You will also have dedicated access (with the exception of the odd guest) to the main bathroom and a secure underground car space if required.

Additional services at no extra cost include a house cleaner who attends monthly, full use of high speed wireless brodband and foxtel IQ.

The appartment is fully furnished with contemporary, stylish furniture, stainless steel appliances and marble benchtops. Ducted climate control and sweeping views of black mountain tower makes it a great place to come home to after a hard day at work.

The complex itself is quiet and stylish with manicured gardens, onsite cafe and plenty of visitor parking.

You would be sharing with a 30 something professional male. I’m pretty laid back and social and always chat over a beer after work on a Friday but also concsious of the need for privacy and down time. I prefer benches to be wiped down and common areas to be kept clean and clutter free but certainly not a cleaning nazi.

Ideally you would be a late 20′s early 30′s professional male or female who is clean, tidy and respectful. My days of big nights are mostly behind me so if you’re a bit of a party animal then we probably won’t be a great fit. I’m also not looking to share with a couple however if you have a partner who is similarly clean and respectful who you would like to stay on occassion that wouldn’t be an issue.

FIFO professionals or sitting week staffers welcome.

Rent is payable fortnightly in advance and electricity is shared equally while a bond of 4 weeks rent would also be required.
