We are looking for two housemates to join us in a light and airy 4 bedroom share-house in Turner. The house has 3 bedrooms plus a self-contained flat out the back (which my partner and I will live in). Our friend will occupy one of the 3 bedrooms inside the house meaning we have 2 bedrooms available for rent. The house has an open plan living/dining area and a lovely sun deck and back yard. There is ducted gas heating as well as a separate gas heater in the lounge room. The kitchen has a dishwasher and electric stove and the communal areas will be partly furnished. Please see the attached documents for photos. We both work in the city full-time and spend our spare time playing sport bushwalking music having BBQs camping and travelling. Were looking for like-minded housemates (male or female) who are interested in creating a comfortable and relaxing space to recharge and unwind. Wed prefer housemates aged between 25 and 35 years with a steady income and who enjoy socialising with their fellow housemates but also respect their personal space. The two spare bedrooms are both unfurnished and have built-in robes. Rent is $180 per week for the large bedroom (payable monthly) and $140 for the small bedroom. A bond equivelent to four weeks rent is also required. Housemates looking for a 12-month lease are preferred.
