Were an easy going and friendly couple (31 and 26) seeking a financially secure housemate to join a lovely sunny house. There is one bedroom for rent $200 per week which can be furnished or unfurnished there is a queen bed and dresser available. The house has 2 bathrooms and wireless internet.The room has a large built in wardrobe floorboards and a nice big window with blackout blinds facing the sunny front yard. The house is located on a quiet leafy street and is fully furnished with a modern kitchen and dishwasher central ducted gas heating and a large back yard with a well-kept garden. There is also a large dining room/sunroom with a slow combustion fireplace. Its a 5 Minute walk to the bus stop and only a couple of blocks from the Hackett shops and Mount Majura Reserve. A short drive to Dickson and Civic.The house would suit someone using it as a second home for work purposes as it is already fully equipped but we are also open to welcoming someone who doesnt come with too much extra stuff. Bills would be split by three no couples or pets the bond is 2 weeks rent and rent is paid fortnightly.
