Im a 25yr Site Engineer working for a commercial builder looking for a fun reliable honest clean housemate. I spend a lot of time working but also enjoy spending time with friends on weekends and see this a good opportunity to make some new ones! There is a beautiful indoor cat living in this townhouse with me currently who is clean friendly and affectionate.The 2 storey townhouse has living and kitchen areas which are fully furnished (unfortunately no room for any additional furniture) including TV fridge washing machine and dryer. The townhouse is air-conditioned and also has a decent sized courtyard with washing line and secure underground parking.
