About me – 27 year old professional, just moved to Canberra. I’m a hard-worker, but very social, fun and into fitness and healthy eating.

You – must be clean, pay rent and bills on time and respect each other’s belongings and privacy. Would be great to find someone else into fitness and the occasional gym buddy.

Term of occupation – can be agreed. Shorter stays (3 months) can be negotiated for a higher rental.

Fee is $290 per week (payable 2 weeks in advance) plus 4 week bond. All bills to be shared.

No pets, couples and no smokers please.
