I have a master bedroom at a share house in Campbell available to rent.Rent is 230 per week including bills and there is no bond.The room is unfurnished but the rest of the house is fully furnished. It also has a washing machine dishwasher and a hills hoist in the back yard. The heater works really well and keeps the place nice and warm through the winter months.The house is located close to both the 9 and 10 bus routes and is a 25 minute walk from civic or 10-15 minute bike ride.There is a decent sized shed to store extra stuff in and parking space in the driveway for those with cars.
