The house could not be better located; Ainslie is a very nice suburb close to everything-10 minutes walk to City centre close to uni bus interchange and shopping mall. The first room in offer is FULLY furnished with a double bed big desk and chair lamps big clock big mirror small TV wardrobes night tables carpet.The rent per week is $220.00. The second room is unfurnished and it is ideal for one person since it is small. The rent for this room is $150 per week. The rent per week does not include bill such as internet water and electricty. We can also negotiate the rent Payments of one week in advanced are required. The house essentially has a living room dining room couches whitegoods etc – also garage storage space available and the bus stop is just out the front of the house. The ideal housemate we are looking for will be friendly and easy-going honest and up front pay rent on time and have a bit of fun with us. We all respect each others space but get worried if we havent seen someone for a few days. We like to party but not all the time! Generally having a mature outlook on life and respect for each other is where its at sense of humour also goes a long way!
