I have a lovely large room situated on the top floor of a modern townhouse boasting lovely views – great for students. The room has heating and air conditioning and opens to a large ensuite. There is on-street parking and a nice court-yard to unwind with a wine. I live with my 19 month old son 10 days a fortnight and as you can guess I am a single dad. I am looking for a clean and responsible person that is quiet and respects the family home but enjoys an interesting chat over a wine from time to time.
