The house
The house is located in a quiet street in Palmerston, right next to Gungahlin Square.It’s a new, 2-storey house with 4 bedrooms, each with its own built-in wardrobes. It features large living and dining areas, 2 separate toilets, separate shower and bath, laundry area, and automatic garage. It also has a lovely backyard with a deck-it is perfect for BBQs and pets. It has centralised (ducted) air-conditioning, which is perfect for Canberra’s weather.

There are three rooms available. two medium-size rooms (good for a queen-size bed and side tables) and a small one (good for a double bed with side tables). The rooms will be available from the end of June. Rent will be between $120 – $160 per week – Negotiable. Bills are split evenly between occupants.

About us
The current occupants of the house are all friendly professionals, around 30 years of age. We are easygoing, clean and respectful of each other’s privacy. We each have our own lives but we don’t mind the occasional BBQ or dinner/drinks with housemates. One tenant occasionally has his 2 kids over for the weekend so it’ll be a big plus if you enjoy socializing a bit.

What we are looking for
We are looking for mature, respectful and like-minded people. Preferably a professional or post-graduate student in their late-20s to mid-30s looking for long term accommodation- at least 12 months. No smokers.
