My name is Ashlee and I am looking for someone to rent my room as I am moving away. The house has 4 bedrooms (2 of which have ensuites) 2 large living areas spare toilet downstairs large kitchen and courtyard. The room for rent is a decent size and has a built in wardrobe. Flatmates are 3 boys aged between 22-24. They are easy going friendly work fulltime and study. The room is $130 per week (rent due fortnightly) plus utilities.
