Security around our home is important to us, so if you are prepared to be flexible in when you can be home to keep an eye on our place for us, either during the week or if you work / study during the week, on weekends when we are away, if there is any time of the week you may be home to look out for our place when we are not home, then we want to hear from you. If you work nights, are looking for short stay, if you are a student, are unemployed etc then get in touch with us also.

In return we can offer you a nice homely environment, and all rent/utilities for only $20 per month. Our home is 100 meters from the bus stop that takes 10-15 minutes to Civic, or goes direct to Belconnen and Gungahlin. The home is well appointed, has 5 bedrooms, two bathrooms, formal & informal living & dinning, double garage but we prefer to use this for our vehicle but you are free to use it when we are not, and there is plenty of off street parking available. The home is fully secured with advanced home security system, high speed fibre optic NBN internet (but you must have your own computer), there is a plasmas/home theater in all main living areas, central heating & cooling, all amenities & modern appliances, large fully fenced home with gardens backs on to nature reserve, very quiet, very homely place. We are easy going, open minded people, not conservative, and accept everyone for who they are.

We are a non-smoking professional couple 35 & 36yrs, we are respectful, friendly, generous and kind. We love movie, music, cooking, bbq’s on the patio (when the weather is warmer), weekends away, dinner out etc. We have two beautiful children (boy 10 yrs & girl 5yrs) who have great personalities and will respect your space, as well as two gorgeous Cavalier King Charles dogs which won’t get in your way, we are very private people & don’t have regular family / others visiting. We would like to be friends with our housemate, and of course would expect you to contribute to usual household chores (ie. cleaning etc). The only house rule we have for you is, no male visitors to our home, this rule is absolutely non-negotiable, we can explain more about this if you are interested.
