We are looking for a female to share our 4 bedroom house in Gungahlin. Currently there are 2 females and 1 males all in our early 20s we all have full time jobs and busy lifestyles. Looking for someone who is clean and tidy easy going and friendly. The room is medium sized with built in wardrobes the house is fully airconditioned/heated. Rent is $125/wk and 4 weeks advanced rent ($500) is to be paid in case of any damages. We are looking at having someone live with us for 4 months with the chance of a long term extension.
