The house is new nice and spacious with all four bedrooms on the second floor. All the rooms are good size and with built-in-wardrobes. There are two bedrooms available and they will be sharing the toilet upstairs and also another one on the ground floor so I believe it should not be a hassle. The ground floor consists of a big lounge dining area laudry and second toilet. The house is equipped with dishwasher Air-conditioning Central-heating SPA in the main restroom upstairs Foxtel (may install if everyone wants it) internet access. 5mins walk distance to the Gungahlin Market Place and 2mins stroll to the bus stop to UC ANU etc. Driving 15-20mins to CBD. I am 22 Chinese girl studying and working and my partner 23 he is a chef but he never cooks at home Basically we will not be at home all the time. We are very friendly and easy-going we would like to have someone who always clean up after themselves easy to talk with responsible and non-destructive (harmless to furniture kitchen equipments etc.) and doesnt spend 24/7 at home. Ideally we want someone who can stay mini 6months 12months preferred.Asian girls preferred sorry we cant accept couples sharing one room (taking 2 rooms are fine) and no smoking inside of the house. sorry for all these inconveniences.For the two available bedrooms we can offer beds if necessary one is a queen size bed however the base was slightly smaller than the mattress the other one is a single bed with a desk underneath.Please feel free to give me a call or message or email me to arrange a time to inspect the house.
